To whom it may concern, David and Tamra cared for my home in San Juan Del Sur Nicaragua very recently for a year. I reoccupied my house a day after their departure. I found my home in perfect condition. They kept vigilance with common upkeep of the plumbing, electrical etc., reporting to the house watcher anything that could be a big problem later. I appreciate that. They also saw to cosmetic things which they did themselves. They came highly recommended to me and they are always welcome to house sit from me again. Roy Stegemann.
