Our FREE service is giving you the peace of mind in knowing your home and pets are properly cared for while you are away.
We have had house sitters in our own homes. We loved the security in knowing that our home and pets were well cared for in our absence. We desire to offer this level of peace of mind and service to you.
We are very Dependable and Honest. We offer a quality and reliable service to you while we also continue our flexible lifestyle and develop skills in interacting with other cultures.
When we book your house sit, we strive to be as flexible as possible leaving at least 3 days to one week free on either side of an assignment. Then, if for any reason plans change for your return date, you only have one set of problems to deal with. Should you be unfortunate to have unforeseen flight delays or cancellations on your travels, rest assured there will be none on your return home.

We are available for long or short term, and we both have full background checks and police reports from the Department of Justice of the State of California.
Married since 1990, we still enjoy long walks and are very active and healthy. We are drug-free, non-smokers, and rarely drink. We are retired so, we travel freely and don't have to worry about work or any online business. We focus our time on your home and pets. We are financially self-sufficient.
We both have great driving records and can drive manual or automatic transmissions with international driver's licenses and are comfortable driving in any country. We love to house sit especially in (but not limited to) Latin America, South East Asia, South Pacifc, Africa, and are flexible and up for anything. Check Availability

We have experience in Central America, India, S.E. Asia, Africa, Australia, the Pacific Islands, the Caribbean, North America, and more. With top-notch References too.
We have cared for all types of homes, from small jungle cabins, high rises, to luxury homes, B-n-B's, condos, to homes for sale or under construction.
We have diverse experience with animals from dogs and cats to cattle. We have experience with breeding, whelping, weening, dog training, rescue animals, aging dogs & cats, vet visits, and dispensing meds.
We will stay in contact with you during all stages of your house sit. We completely understand missing your pets' Skype calls and keep you connected. Also, we keep you connected, "with your permission," by periodically posting photos during your house-sit on our FaceBook feed so that you can "check in" to see, whenever and wherever you are at any time.
We have owned homes, been landlords, renters,
and house sitters. We'll treat your home like
we would want our home to be treated. In addition, we have posted pictures of Our Homes on our web feed, to show how we live and the standard of cleanliness we bring with us. We are very discreet
and quiet and have an understanding of respect
for other people's property, homes, and neighbors. We are able-bodied, professional, confident, and capable of handling any issues for home care as they may arise.
